القرية لتخرجها من العزلة التي تعرفها ، وتساهم في انشاء بعض المشاريع
التنموية بالمنطقة بمساهمة السكان

Développement rural: Il est
difficile de définir ce type de développement, en raison de la diversité
des points de vue des parties intéressées. Le concept de développement
rural est complexe et compliqué. Il ne comprend pas seulement une zone
d'un caractère purement économique, mais il couvre tous les aspects de la
vie: économique, social et culturel. En conséquence, il vise à améliorer
les conditions de vie de la population, le devolopment de leurs techniques
et les compétences cognitives, et améliore leur statut et sociales
(éducation et santé). Il leur permet d'Olso réalistes d'exploitation des
Ressources naturelles locales. Le développement rural, se distingue dans
les objectifs et les dimensions à partir d'autres types de développement
en particulier au développement agricole. Toutefois, ils ont tous deux une
relation dialectique de telle manière qu'il n'y a pas de développement
rural sans l'existence de développement agricole. En outre, le
développement rural reste la base du développement à la campagne, car elle
est fondée sur une approche globale qui porte sur des questions liées à
son développement.
Rural development: It is
difficult to define this type of development, because of the diversity of
views of interested parties. The concept of rural development is complex
and complicated. It does not include only an area of a purely economic,
but it covers all aspects of life : economic, social, and cultural.
Accordingly, it aims at improving the living conditions of the population,
the devolopment of their technical and cognitive skills, and enhances
their status and social (education and health). It olso enables them to
the realistic exploitation of the local natural resourses .Rural
development, differs in goals and dimentions from other types of
development especially agricultural development. However, they both have a
dialectical relationship in such a way that there is no rural development
without the existence of agricultural development. Moreover, rural
development remains the basis of development in the countryside since it
is based on a holistic approach that concerns with issues related to its
development.
التنمية
القروية :يطلق عليها كذلك إسمالتنمية الريفية. يصعب وضع تعريف قار لهذا الصنف من التنمية، و ذلك
بسبباختلاف آراء الجغرافيين و المهتمين حول
تعريفها.على أي فالتنمية القرويةمفهوم مركب و معقد، لا
يشمل جانبا واحدا أو مجالا اقتصاديا محضا. بل إنهيشمل
كل جوانب الحياة الاقتصادية و الثقافية و الاجتماعية و المجالية .
بمعنى أنها تعني تحسين ظروف عيش السكان و تطوير مهاراتهم
التقنية والمعرفية، و تحسين وضعيتهم الاجتماعية (
التعليم والصحة) ، إضافة إلىتمكينهم من الاستغلال
المعقلن للثروات الطبيعية المحلية. مع ضرورةتثمينها، و
ضمان استدامتها للأجيال اللاحقة. مما يجعل التنمية القرويةتختلف في أهدافها و أبعادها عن مختلف أنواع التنمية الأخرى خاصة
التنميةالفلاحية، إلا أنهما ترتبطان بعلاقة جدلية. فلا
يمكن تحقيق التنميةالقروية بدون وجود التنمية الفلاحية
. و رغم ذلك تبقى التنمية القرويةأساس التنمية
بالأرياف، لأنها ترتكز على مقاربة مجالية شمولية تعالج قضاياالمجتمع و الاقتصاد القرويين .
